Morning Light Series: Movement & Sound

A monthly Saturday morning series to allow yourself to be taken care of and reconnect within. Through gentle, intentional movement, you’ll ease into your body and find a rhythm that feels supportive and grounding. The session closes with a restorative sound bath to soften everything you’ve opened, inviting calm and a deeper sense of balance. Afterward, we'll have time to connect with one another, enjoy light refreshments, linger in conversation, and enjoy little moments of self-care to extend the calm and warmth of our time together.

With every month, we welcome in these gentle moments to ground, breathe, and connect in like-hearted community.

Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided, and each ticket includes a complimentary drink and skincare to take home - little touches to extend the care of each morning together.

Bring comfy layers, blankets, pillows, etc. anything that will help you settle in and feel comfortable.
