About the event
A monthly Saturday morning series to allow yourself to be taken care of and reconnect within. Rooted in the rhythm of your breath, these experiences bring you fully into your body as a restorative sound bath invites balance, calm, and quiet release. Afterward, we'll have time to connect with one another, linger in conversation, and enjoy little moments of self-care to extend the calm and warmth of our time together.
With every month, we welcome in these gentle moments to ground, breathe, and connect in like-hearted community.
Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided, and each ticket includes a complimentary drink and skincare to take home - little touches to extend the care of each morning together.
Bring comfy layers, blankets, pillows, etc. anything that will help you settle in and feel comfortable.
