A slow Saturday morning to reconnect within. Rooted in the rhythm of your breath, this experience brings you fully into your body as a restorative sound bath invites balance, calm, and quiet release. Let’s welcome the Autumn Equinox with a gentle moment to ground, breathe, and connect in like-hearted community.
Yoga mats and eye masks will be provided.
Bring comfy layers so you can relax, blankets, pillows, etc. anything else that will help you feel comfortable.
